  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue The frustration of not getting support

ashley

Basic Pleskian
Sunday. I want to upgrade my server but can't because the license has (in theory) expired. It hasn't expired but plesk's system thinks it has so will not allow me to continue to submit a support ticket.

So i'm unable to request support via the online ticketing system.

So I called up but in order to get phone support you have to have a ticket number.

So now i have no way to get support until sales is open during the week.

You have SUS expired for the licenses, so it is expected that you cannot submit a ticket to technical support.
A responsible person from the Customer Success team will contact you soon to sort out licensing issue.
