the permission of win server 2008

I don't know the difference about the following permission: plesk domain user, plesk IIS WP user(IWAN_plesk(default)), plesk IIS user . In bid to view a website normally, how to grant specific permission for them receptively. Do I grant full control for plesk domain user? ? for example.
