Error: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Connection refused
yesterday it worked fine and i didn't get my database it say The server is unavailable. please hlep?
 
Can you login through SSH to your server and check if the database server is running? Also can you # plesk db and check how many processes are currently being handled by it (e.g. > show processlist;)?
