It fixed by itself.

This is no issue either. It is just a notification that the operating system's update tool has been running and that at the same time you cannot start an update/upgrade process again. A threshold timeout after an operation by he system's update tool (system not meaning Plesk, but your operating system) needs to expire before new attempts can be made.
