Resolved Traffic usage showing 0 MB

Plesk is not calculating (or at least not showing) the traffic usage for all of our domains since a while. Every domain tells me that the traffic usage so far is 0 MB.

At the moment, Version 17.8.11 Update #35 is installed.

Does anyone have a clue what the problem is and how to fix it?

Does it work if you try to calculate statistics for domain with

# /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/statistics --calculate-one --domain-name=domain.tld

?

I don't know what happened, but suddenly the statistics are back (including the statistics from the last weeks). So I couldn't try your solution, IgorG.
