Trial site

Hi,
I'm thinking of offering my clients the opportunity to build their own site accessing the sitebuilder wizard from my website. I saw that many competitors in my region do the same thing and offer the possibility to create anonymous trial sites. I am however concerned anonymous trial sites might be used to publish illegal material and for this reason I'd rather have customers register before accessing the wizard. Is there a way to do so?

As I workaround in this case following steps could be performed:

1. Disable trial plan for users.
2. Create your own registration form and by submit step use Sitebuilder API for site creation.
