PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

For some reason (I did not configure the system)
my log files for email ( "$PRODUCT_ROOT_D/var/log/maillog.") are all empty
how do I turn them on, I mean that events are getting logged?

thx

Thx to this great article:
http://qmail.jms1.net/logfiles.shtml
I have found the right path which is described in:
/etc/syslog.conf
or in my case in
/etc/rsyslog.conf

# Log all the mail messages in one place.
mail.* -/usr/local/psa/var/log/maillog

so the product root is in this case -/usr/local/psa
which is not of coarse the plesk product root where I was lookin'
