  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Turn off local email for all domains using control panel

We recently upgraded from 8.6 all the way through to 10.3.1. One unexpected change in how our server works is how email is handled. We run an external CGPro cluster and all mail previously was passed through this as a smart host. Now, the unexpected part of the upgrade is that domains started trying to deliver mail from web forms locally instead of passing them off to our cluster as it had done previously. Is there a way to completely disable mail through the control panel? I know that I can do it per domain via a shell script. What I would rather do is completely disable it and ensure that it doesn't get enabled for any future domains we create. Any suggestions on doing this?

Also, as a further note, we do not need any mail services on this machine other than it being able to hand off mail from web forms. Thanks in advance!

Anyone? I would be greatly appreciative of anyone who can point me in the right direction here. Thanks!
