• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

It's a VM, so I don't really care, but is there a way to turn these infos off without killing BIND? If not, is it safe turning off BIND?

Thank you!

That's not being done by bind pre say but by AppArmor. AppArmor is blocking bind for some reason. If you're not using the built in DNS server you can disable it completely (or just uninstall it), otherwise you might want to look at How to allow bind in app armor? for allowing bind with apparmor or disable apparmor (depending on how much you care about security. I, personal, have SELinux disabled since I don't need that much of security but depending on your use case you might want to keep apparmor enabled).
