turn off safe mode on default account

Hello,

i need to turn off safemode on the default account and only this one.
to turn it off within a domain just uncheck in plesk, but i didn't find on the default account because it's not a domain.

I tried to change value on php.ini in /etc it's turn off master value but not local

please help me , i can't find it

Thank you Igor, but it's not exactly what i want.
I want all my domains with the checkbox tick.But i want the repertory Default in safe mode and only this one.
I want leave in php.ini safe mode=on as well.
If someone knows
