Turning on Virus Protection for Email Users

How do I turn on Virus Protection for multiple mailboxes? Is there a way I can set the default virus protection to on for everything? I purchased the full version of Dr. Web for Plesk. Right now I have activate the virus protection for every single user. This is very time consuming when their are 100+ email accounts.
