Issue Unable to access database/ subdomains

Website is working but cannot access subscriptions and subdomains.
Application on Tomcat, java,
Operating system CENTOS 7
Plesk Onyx

Need help ASAP please.

I can try to help you, if the problem is still persists, but keep in mind that Plesk Onyx version is not supported anymore and my help can be limited.
