I'm unable to access Plesk anymore thus I don't have the specs, but it's CentOS and Plesk 12.x.
What happened is my colleague chown-ed the var directory to his user via ssh, then boom, we cannot access the server via web, ssh or ftp anymore. We kept getting the following error when trying to ssh: "ssh_exchange_identifcation: Connection closed by remote host"
If anyone has any solution or method that we can access the server again and rectify this horrible mistake, that wld be great.
