I try to add new email account
but it's show :

mailmng failed: Run-time error: there are no domains for post office

it seems to be a missmatch between mailenable and plesk for that domain

You can run MCHK.exe utility from the \plesk\admin\bin folder. This can help.
There is one more method, but it is not good one - start MailEnable mmc and simply create that posoffice. Then - run mchk.exe...
