Issue Unable to backup database

Hello , I hope you doing well .

I connected my plesk server to two remote DB servers ( SQL SERVER 2019 , SQL SERVER 2017 )

the databases are connected , firewall is configured to open 1433 port , remote tmp folder is okay I gave everyone permission to it ( full control ).

I can ping sql servers with no problem .

but when i want to export a databases it says , what can I do :? :

1. Unable to backup database 'DB_NAME'.
2. Unable to open network connection: The specified network name is no longer available

Did you configure a windows share //host/sharedfolder where both computers have access to to write the backup file to?

Yeah I configured the windows share . but the problem still exists .
