unable to connect between PMM and PMM agent

I have setup a test server running windows 2008 with plesk 8.6. I am trying to migrate from Windows 2003 plesk 7.5.6 to Windows 2008 plesk 8.6 but stuck with this error :

"Error: Unable to upload scout: Unable to run migrmng: Unable to connect to remote host 202.75.41.43. Please check if the remote server is available for connection and if the correct login and password are specified."

I have no problem connecting from this new plesk 8.6 PMM to other linux server but on windows server, it just doesn't want to connect.

My question is, what version of PMM agent should I be running on plesk 7.5.6? I am running PMM agent for 8.6. I have also open firewall for all the TCP/UDP ports stated in the documentation. Also, my plesk 8.6 test server is in DMZ outside my NAT router. Really need to fix this problem because we have a lot of servers that we are migrating.
