Issue Unable to connect to store after installing Magento 1.9.2.4 through Plesk app installer

Hello,

after installing through the plesk app installer I got:

Information: magento was successfully installed at http://myserver

but then links to store or administrative interface are giving cannot connect errors.

Firewall was previously setup to allow all trafic on www server.

Any idea to solve this issue please ???

Most probably the configuration file was not created as it should be. Or database could be missing.
It will be very helpful if you tell more about the error you get, this can help on an exact diagnostics.
