Issue Unable to create subscription - unable to add new domain

Hello Members,
I got the below error when I trying add new domain or creating subscription,

Looks like there are incorrect permissions. Try to repair it with

C:\> plesk repair fs newbee.com -y
 
Ok, thank you for your quick reply.

But the domain was not created and not found. The process of adding domain wasn't completed and got the error. Please check the attached screenshot.

It's not the same error as initially posted in OP. However your issue seems to match the issue described in this support artcile:

It describes a possible solution too.
The way I did it, then after entering this I got other errors. I will add that the first time I installed it it worked, then I uninstalled plesk and installed it and it stopped working.
