Issue unable to create vhost

I am getting the below error in while trying to crate vhost in plesk windows.

Error: Unable to get web directory domain.com In IIS7NativeProvider module Exception type: System.Exception at IISWebDirs.getWebChild(IISWebDirs* , unique_ptr >* , basic_string\,std::allocator >* name) at configHosting(domain.com)(WebServerAdapter::configHosting line 511) at configHosting(domain.com)(WebServerManager::configHosting line 3558) at execute console command --install-vhost(vconsoleapp::start line 100) at execute "C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin64\websrvmng.exe" --install-vhost "--vhost-config=tmp271B.tmp"(vconsoleapp::run line 117) (Error code 1)

I have tried to clear cache *** per in kb https://kb.plesk.com/en/129069 meanwhile issue still persists.

"%plesk_dir%"\admin\bin\websrvmng.exe --remove-sites-cache

IIS is a Windows component. I suggest to re-post the issue in the Plesk Windows forum to get more useful answers.
