Unable to install PLESK from SWsoft Server

After a fresh installation of Debian 3.1, autoinstall can't fetch a package list from SWsoft's server.

command "apt-get update" doesn't help to solve.

Any ideas, may I have a server problem, or the SWsoft Server is the causer?

same problem here! autoinstaller do not show the plesk versions to install. The Installation only show the Sitebuilder versions to install. What can I do?

It's definitely the SWSoft Server:

This directory is not readable. I can't believe it

Hast Du einen ISP, der den Server stellt? Dann wäre dieser für Support zuständig.


Are your server provided from an ISP? In this case, that should be your first choice for support.

My ISP informed SWsoft on friday morning. No reaction from Support until today. No statement or response on my E-Mail from SWsoft. I am annoyed.

I just got the following reply from SWsoft regarding this issue:

Unfortunately we temporary locked Debian distribution on autoinstall.plesk.com.
The reason is the internal maintenance. Therefore the automatic installation
doesn't work. But the manual is possible. The tarball of the distribution
can be downloaded at ftp://download1.swsoft.com/Plesk/Plesk8.1/Debian3.1
and installed according the release notes
ftp://download1.swsoft.com/Plesk/Plesk8.1/Debian3.1/psa_8.1.1-debian3.1.build81070322.16_i386.html

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. The server will be online in the nearest time (a day or two).
