Unable to install Plesk

I am unable to install Plesk Panel 9.3 it displays me the error: "unable to connect to Pipe \\.\pipe\psapipe\" or something like this.

can someone help me with it?

i use to windows 2008 64bit dedicated server

Very difficult to say what is wrong there...
Could you please provide more details, error logs, etc?
