Question Unable to install the Plesk Without Epel Repo

Almalinux 9.2

Plesk version and microupdate number

18.0.56

Hello Support,

We are using the secure environment (Offline server) and we have allowed the particular URL only to install the plesk in the server. When we try to install the Plesk, it shows as EPEL required to be enabled error.

Please refer to the attached screenshot for your reference.

Note : We are unable to install the EPEL RPM directly from online in this server and it is restricted.

So, is there any possible way to achieve this?

EPEL is a requirement since version 18.0.44. If you can't allow EPEL repo then the only other option would be to us a distro that is not RHEL based such as a Debian based OS (Debian, Ubuntu). Alternatively you can try to install an older version of Plesk by following the guide listed at https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/...o-a-specific-or-legacy-Plesk-Obsidian-version

We are getting the below attached error while installing plesk in a restricted environment.

1. what will be the best way to install where firewall restricted and what are domain needs to be whitelisted?

2. how can we install where access restricted to only plesk domain names & what are the domain name to be whitelisted?
