Issue unable to log in

i'm unable to log in to plesk
i have plesk 12 for windows

this is the message i get when i try to log in
ERROR: Class 'Service_Driver_Packages_Windows' not found (Windows.php:10)

Looks like that your Plesk is seriously corrupted. If you have Plesk 12.5 version, trey to fix it with

plesk repair installation

is there anyway i can use to detect the problem and solve it myself
