• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
    If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Unable to init Account object:
0: /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/class.SysUser.php:74 psaerror(string "Unable to init Account object: ", string "Account: unable to select: no such row in the table")
1: /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/common_func.php3:2309 SysUser->SysUser(string "53")
2: /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/class.DomainControlForm.php:168 objectMaker(string "SysUser", string "53")
3: /usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/domains/dom_ctrl.php3:154 DomainControlForm->assign(object of type BsDomain)

I should clarify.. I can't do ANYTHING with this domain. I get the above error as soon as I click on the domain under the client's account.

I assume it's some kind of psa database corruption. I ran mysqlcheck with -r but it didn't fix the issue.

How do you repair a damaged plesk database? The client has paid up today and I can't turn them back on.
