Issue Unable to receive update information for the package(s).

Hi,

I'm quite new to the forum. I try to update the server to Obsidian 18.0.31. Server is giving the error: Unable to receive update information for the package(s). I don't see a grafana update. One of the problems iI have seen in a issue that is already solved. Problem is also accuring to all other updates and connections to other ports than the 80 port. Anyone has a idea? It looks like the server is not able to make any connections to the internet.
