Unable to go on the screen of the interface to create a ftp in any domain names in plesk 10.4.4. (central white page when I click on FTP)

Hot line of OVH do not answer.

Hello, a day after the July 18, nothing works, ftp blank page creation, server configuration, then everything about the server is hs, its displays as blank page, how to fix it .. Thanks
