Unable to set up SMTP authorization: mailmng failed: Unknown MailEnable version

I can not change any mailserver settings.

Plesk tells me "Unable to set up SMTP authorization: mailmng failed: Unknown MailEnable version"

MailEnable is up and running and a default plesk 9.2.3installation.

How can this be fixed?

As I know message "Unknown MailEnable version" can be related to corrupted ME installation. Did you tried re-install ME? And make sure that you have supported version - http://download1.parallels.com/Plesk/PPP9/Windows/9.2.3/plesk-9.2.3-for-windows.htm#6
