Issue Unable to view statistics as reseller

Hello Support,

We have plesk in windows server and when we login as reseller and view the statistics of the domain it shows the 404 page not found as below



When we login to the customer panel and view the website statistics of the domain it shows without any issues as below



On further checking, we found while accessing the website statistics as reseller, the URL at the end was -ssl but when we access the website statistics as customer the URL was webstat and there is no -ssl included.

May I know whether this was an expected behaviour or how to solve this issue?

Hi, @Thomas Oryon . Could you please try temporarily disabling Subscriptions > example.com > Hosting & DNS > Hosting > Redirect visitors from HTTP to HTTPS via a SEO friendly 301 redirect? Let us know if that makes any difference.

We have followed the steps mentioned above, but the issue still persists when we try to view the domain statistics from the reseller panel.

When we log in through the reseller’s customer panel, we are able to access the statistics, and the page redirects without the “-ssl” folder. However, the “webstat-ssl” folder is not created on the Windows server, resulting in a 404 error.

Could you please confirm whether the “webstat-ssl” folder is created automatically when the website receives traffic over HTTPS? If so, will we then be able to view the statistics?

Please note that, on the Linux server, we are able to access the website statistics using the “webstat-ssl” URL even though the website does not have an SSL certificate.

Could you please investigate this issue and advise us on the appropriate solution?

Does the problematic domain in fact have an SSL? Could you please check if the folder exists:

C:\Inetpub\vhosts\example.com\.plesk\statistics\example.com\webstat-ssl\

If the folder doesn't exist that would explain why the reseller sees the 404 error. Generally, you should be able to access the statistics with the reseller user without an issue. I have no valid explanation on where from the redirect to webstat-ssl originates for the reseller, but not for the subscription owner.
