Unautorized 401.2 on all new domains

For some reason ever new domain created i recieve a 401.2 unauthorized error for anything besides html files. And when you try to remove a domain i get a

at execute console command --remove-domain(vconsoleapp::start line 129)
at execute "D:\Program Files\Parallels\Plesk\/admin/bin/mailmng" --remove-domain "--domain-name=domain.com"(vconsoleapp::run line 140)
Execute file name: D:\Program Files\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin\mailmng.exe

Any help?
