• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hi,

After installing Plesk in a Server, i tried to log in with the admin account in Plesk and i always got a login failure.. so i decided to uninstall Plesk to retry the installation. After this uninstall, i tried to reinstall it again but during installation it asks about mySQL sa admin. In the previous intallation i didn't introduce any sa password because it didn't ask me about it and now i cannot continue with the installation unless i get this sa password.
Does anybody know how can i remove completely Plesk from the system, including SQL instances, and the rest of the data? I follow the instructions to uninstall it but now seems that still remaining data in the registry about it that it automatically gets during a new installation.

Thanks in advance.
Regards.
