Uninstall plesk and re-install

Hi,

Will uninstalling plesk and re-installing delete or alter my core website files in an way 'C:\inetpub\vhosts\website.com\httpdocs'

Or will the data stay intact?

Our plesk seems to have been corrupt after trying to install a second database and we want a fresh plesk so we can start again, but keeping our website data so all we need to do is re-import our mysql database?
