• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

I recently upgraded my package control panel, and now I can not get into it.

When I enter the access data in the main URL, https://myurl.com:8443/sso/ui, I get redirected to the same URL. I can not access ever since the panel does not lead me to the homepage.

How I can solve this problem?

Yes, I've already tried to login in the URL https://myurl.com:8443, and the result it's the same.

A few days ago, I upgraded the panel packages using the Atomic repository. Everithing worked fine, but since I updated again, I can't access to the panel.

Try to execute the following tool from command line
> /usr/share/plesk-billing/integration --command=repair-all
and post here the result.

Try to change admin password to any with tool
> /usr/share/plesk-billing/update-admin --password=<your new password>
and try to log in with this new password.
