Update 8.6 to 9.3 error

Hi,

I have updated my Plesk 8.6 to 9.3 and now if I would connect to my server I have this error:

The file /usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/index.php is part of Plesk 9 distribution. It cannot be run outside of Plesk 9 environment

Can you help me?

It looks like upgrade was not correctly completed. I think that you should contact support team if you have a problems with upgrade correctly completing.

error message stills alive

I followed all instructions in KB but it doesn't work and this error message "The file index.php is part of Plesk distribution. It cannot be run outside of Plesk environment. " appears yet. I tried to upgrade 9.2 to 9.5 and then it happened. license key folder deleted , reconfiguration used to change to apache or iis , reinstall and modified plesk and I used reconfiguration tools

please help me
