Update and Upgrade page open Blank

You may want to look at the logs for the exact error causing the blank page ..Otherwise, you can also upgrade your plesk through SHELL with the command:

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/autoinstaller

If you don't know putty then most likely you don't know SHELL / bash! I will therefore not even recommend that you learn on a production server as a single command can wipe your server clean ...

Shell access to your server is mandatory to resolve your problem! Otherwise, see my signature!

and this is the error message I got, Please help me,
