• Debian 11 has reached its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.81 is the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

I am trying to update my Plesk installation. Here is the error message that I get when I try to update my Plesk 8.0.0 installation to 8.0.1:

>> There was a fatal error communicating with the server. The message was:
>>
>> An HTTP error occurred:
>> URL: https://autoinstall.plesk.com/PSA_8.0.1/dist-rpm-RedHat-el4-i386/headers/header.info
>> Status Code: 404
>> Error Message: Not Found

I am using the updater utility within the Plesk application, and using the default Plesk server as the source.

Why am I getting this error? Obviously the directory doesn't exists, but why is Plesk looking there?

I e-mailed support and they want me to buy a support package, but this clearly seems to be a Plesk bug rather than user error.

Please advise!!
