  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hi alli81,

you might check the latest STABLE Plesk at:

... so YES, your information
last versions is 17.5.3
... is currently correct.

i will have some problems with website and with access to plesk?
Plesk can't guarantee, that all upgrades are processed without issues/errors/problems, as there are always situations, where "something" might go wrong.
The Plesk Community is here for you in case you experience issues/errors/problems, so pls. open a new thread, if you don't already find a possible answer over the => Forum Search. :)

Hi alli81,

I am only able to repeat myself:
Plesk can't guarantee, that all upgrades are processed without issues/errors/problems, as there are always situations, where "something" might go wrong
It is YOUR decision what you do, even that everybody I know didn't report serious issues, as far that I remember! ;)
