Update not working

Plesk panel version 10.3.1
I need to Update my plesk php for a client and when I go to tools and utilities Updates a new panel opens and tries to go to https://www.<Domain Name>.com:8447/?secret=&locale=en-US but it just times out there.

Any idea how to fix this?

During KB system maintenance, some kind of legacy, non-actual, potential dangerous articles may be switched to 'Internal' status.
