Issue Update Plesk not possible Version 18.0.28 -> 18.0.31

Hello,
I am a bit confused. Normally I run Updates via GUI but that part to run Update are grey. If I run by command line the following:

plesk installer install-panel-updates

I see that he grab that last update for example

Datei wird heruntergeladen pool/PSA_18.0.31_4420/release.inf3: 0%
Datei wird heruntergeladen pool/PSA_18.0.31_4420/release.inf3: 100% fertig.

But at the end he told that he not need do any because all up to date. But it isnt up to date because i still using plesk 18.0.28 and not 18.0.31 .

By the way: We are using 2 network cards.
eth0 == external
eth1 == internal

I hope that will be not the issue?

To update to the latest Obsidian you may run:

plesk installer upgrade plesk release

To install the latest update in scope of the same 3-digit version:

plesk installer update

Updating to next versions on unsupported OSes (such as Debian 8, which has reached EOL) is unsurprisingly not possible.

Yes, that's indeed not surprising - I was just hoping to get rid of the backup bug which was introduced in 18.0.28 (or maybe in 18.0.26) and fixed in I think 18.0.30 #3 without upgrading the OS.
But I did the OS upgrade now and all went well, system seems to work again and will look what the backup states this night.

I also cant update to 18.0.32 from 18.0.28 but my os are debian 8.11 . It wont update because it is debian 8.11 ? Or why ?
I run:
plesk installer upgrade plesk release and plesk installer update
but both without success.

Hope someone can help.

Ok.... after upgrade OS to 9 (debian stretch) it is working well. It seems the problem occur while we try update plesk with debian 8.
