Updates hang on 10.1.1

So I haven't had enough problems with 10.1.1 and decided I wanted more this morning, so I ran the updates using the WEB UI and it opens and runs the port 8447 screen, then after awhile hangs at this:

Trying to start psa...
Stopping psa... done
Stopping mail handlers tmpfs storage
Starting psa... done
Starting xinetd service... done
Starting named service... done
Starting mysqld service... done
Starting postgresql service... done
Starting psa-spamassassin service... done
Plesk: Starting Mail Server... already started
Starting mail handlers tmpfs storage

1. What do you think it is doing?
2. Should I be worried that it is hanging here?
3. Why is Plesk 10.1.1 so riddled with odd behavior and bugs?
