Updating Key Problems

I downloaded the 7.5 reloaded and then went to there key updater.

I entered in my old key and it said that things were good and sent me a new key in email.
However

when plesk is running I get this.

and when plesk is not running, I get this.

Any advice would be greatful...

I know that is says that it is for 7.1.x, that would be the first thing, but the updater page did not give any errors or anything..

so what? do I have to buy another key or something?
How do I find this out?

look at message with updated key again -- actual version is shown there.. key is upgraded step by step, like 6 > 7.0 > 7.1 > 7.5 so it's possible you simply get license for 7.1 if license was defined as for 7.0 at their license server before.. so that upgrade license at swsoft site again..

if i am wrong -- contact [email protected] with your license ID, at least they can give you temp license until problem is solved..
