It has been for hours that i'm desperately trying to upgrade my Plesk version but I have no idea on how to resolve my issues.

Have you considered updating your Linux server with Yum Update and restarting your linux server, before upgrading Plesk?
 
Post the log file from your first post: /var/log/plesk/install/plesk_12.0.18_installation.log
 
Did you try to temporairly enable SElinux

in the log-file line 3 it said
WARNING: genhomedircon is disabled. See /etc/selinux/semanage.conf if you need to enable it.
 
You will need to reboot your system if the semanage.conf has been altered.
After you have updated Plesk, dont forget to return your semanage.conf settings again and reboot the server, again.
 
rebooted and try to reinstall but nothing changed ...
Seems to be some errors on GID but i don't know how to fix it ...

Your installation log shows that you use quite a few 3rd party repos. Would suggest to temporarily disable all of them (as many as you can), run an update (not an upgrade yet) of plesk only on the official plesk repos. It is known that other repos can cause issues when upgrading.
After Plesk is up-to-date using only Plesk repos, try the upgrade to 12 again.
After that re-enable the other repos.

Assuming you're coming from Plesk 10, 11, or 11.5

Having had another look at your logs, the problem seems to be related to only the mail-related programs.
Should previous post not help you, in addition to that one, try temporarily disabling anything to do with mail (horde, courier/imap, qmail) in current Plesk and try the upgrade without them.
Enable all the mail-related programs aferwards again. Than enable other repos.

Log in to your servers shell as root user , go to /etc/yum.repos.d
You'll see the repository files that your server checks for updates listed. In my case it is 5x CentOS-xyz.repo
In your case you should see (according to your log files) others including atomic, epel, webtatic.
Those ones, just rename them from xxx.repo to xxx.repoorig - anything so plesk doesn't see them as repo files.

run "yum update" from the shell to make sure plesk is on the latest version.
run the upgrade.
log back in again and rename the xxx.repoorig files back to xxx.repo so that plesk in the future is aware again of your old/original extra repositories.

mail services/programs: two options:
1) you can go to "tools & settings" - "services management" in the server panel and disable the services.
2) a bit more far reaching - if you can afford 10 minutes without any mail service at all (also check mail queue) - "tools & settings" - "updates & upgrades" - "add/remove components" - "mail hosting features" - and uninstall what's causing trouble.
Reinstall after the upgrade;

I don't think the second step (disabling/uninstalling mail programs) is needed; but just in case :)

appologies for the mistakes in my "phrasing" in earlier messages! Of course it's not Plesk repo, it's CentOS repo. -- Plesk sits "on top" of CentOS and uses some of the OSes functionalities; PHP for example. -- So extra repos are not (in a way) extensions of plesk, they are extensions of the underlying OS. When you do an upgrade, Plesk of course needs the underlying OS. But with extra repos for the OS enabled/existing, it may find configurations it's not been tested on/ is not happy with...

I'm wrestling with this same issue. Tried to do fresh install of qmail after removal and install postfix, and it broke all sorts of things including my CBM integration.

Anyone have a fix for this? I think it got screwed up tgrying to install Atomic Rocket Turtle Qmail-Scanner and hasn't been the same since.

Can install postfix (but insists on using qmail-inject) but when I try to go back to qmail I get the prein scriptlet error.
