Is there a way to upgrade the Fedora core without breaking a plesk 7.5.4 Reloaded install ?

Was wondering if there were some repositories that I could include in the yum.conf file?

Currently on Fedora Core 1, trying to upgrade to Core 4 / 5

Any help appreciated.
