Thank you

The problem in that you have tried to switch MTA during upgrade from Qmail to Postfix or vice versa. We strongly do not recommend it. You can safely switch it after upgrade.

Ok. Try to perform upgrade by running /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/autoinstaller utility.

I get the same error message :

and then /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/autoinstaller again.

IT says it can't remove a package which is not installed. I've tried also with psa-mail-qc-driver, plesk-mail-pc-driver and I get the same message.

Error:

Something from this should be installed mandatory. Conflict with what if it is not installed?

I've tried to installed plesk-mail-qc-driver, and it went fine. I've done the upgrade after and now when I try to connect to Plesk I get this :

ERROR: PleskFatalException
Niveau sup.
Components::componentUpdate() failed: Unable to exec utility packagemng: file does not exist or is not executable: /opt/psa/admin/bin/packagemng

When I try to look via ssh, I have this :

# /opt/psa/admin/bin/packagemng
# ls -alh /opt/psa/admin/bin/packagemng
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 15 jui 18 13:08 /opt/psa/admin/bin/packagemng -> ../sbin/wrapper

I've just checked again. packagemng exists. /sbin/wrapper does'nt exists.

My mistake, it was :

# ls -alh /opt/psa/admin/sbin/wrapper
-r-s--x--- 1 root root 20K jun 29 13:51 /opt/psa/admin/sbin/wrapper

I've just made a "chmod +x" as mentionned on a previous thread of the forum, and it works now. Plesk update seems to have problems with permissions :)

# chmod +x /opt/psa/admin/sbin/wrapper
# ls -alh /opt/psa/admin/sbin/wrapper
-r-s--x--x 1 root root 20K jun 29 13:51 /opt/psa/admin/sbin/wrapper
