Resolved Upgrade MySQL From 5.1 to 5.6 on WinServer with Plesk Onyx

Hi, this is my first post on this forum.
I have searched related info on How to upgrade client MySQL from 5.1 to 5.6 on Windows
It says I can use "plesk installer" to finish this upgrade.
Now I have three mysql databases(version 5.1) linked with three websites.
I want to know the following things:
1. Can I use the web-based manager of plesk to finish this upgrade?(just change the installation of MySQL Server install version from 5.1 to 5.6)
2. I want to backup all of my databases before upgrade, but always "access denied", I even disabled the website but still same result, what should I do?
3. Should I install MySQL ODBC 5 Driver(MySQL ODBC 3.51 driver has been installed already)? I' m running MyBB Forum and WordPress.

Well, just now I successfully upgrade MySQL from 5.1 to 5.6 by using plesk installer.
And "access denied" is due to I choose the wrong directory.
