Resolved Upgrade Onyx to Obsidian - Stuck

Hi,

I am doing plesk upgrade from onyx to obsidian early this morning after get a upgrade notification. It working smoothly until it reach to upgrade mailenabler. I am not sure if it stuck or running because it has been 10 hours. I am afraid that if I cancel this process, everything will crash. There is a lot domain on this server.

Any advise whether I should wait or how to cancel without any issue? or any others option can resolved the upgrade process.

Do you have Symantec Endpoint Protection installed on the server? If yes, stop Symantec Endpoint Protection:
  • Press Win + R
  • Run the following command:
    C:\> smc -stop
  • Disable Intrusion Prevention in Symantec Endpoint Protection UI.
  • Complete the upgrade in Tools & Settings > Updates and Upgrades.

Actually on the server I have installed TrendMicro Endpoint Protection.

I already disable it follow your advise.

Unfortunately, I unable to access plesk (https://****.com:8443) to complete the upgrade in Tools & Settings > Updates and Upgrades. When I browse back upgrade page (https://***.com:8447) it will remain at Upgrading MailEnable Standard Edition...
 
Try to perform the upgrade in command-line interface.
 
Sorry, looks like 'installation' is Linux only option for repair utility.
I'd suggest you contact Plesk Support Team. Experienced supporters will fix your Plesk server.

will update if able to resolve the issue
