After digging there are two plesk packages that have runtime errors.

psa-triggers
pp10.12.0-bootstrapper
psa-libpam-plesk

These die while installing with runtime error. It's not selinux as I set enforcing to 0.

Result is plesk 10.3 is installed and running, but it's constantly complaining there is unapplied update.

Even just installing these two packages manually with rpm results in runtime error.

The installation_problem log is of zero help...

I have the same problem

Hello,

All of above errors current for me but, i want to add extrainfo that;

1. When i add a customer, plesk gets that error "Internal error." and, customer can not add but after this i looked customer list, customer added, huh!

2. When i add a subscription in to a customer, subscription added ok! But, when i login to subscriptions panel from admin side, coming plesk login screen. I entered subscription's user and password correctly, but plesk says user/pass wrong.

When i update plesk 10.2 to 10.3, shows this error;

Yell if you want mine I started the thread with the issue. Mine is centos 5.6 x64

I even tried running the updater through shell, result is the same. I even pulled the packages, let auto installer put them back, but it's still the same.

I agree its not fixed its still there in 10.3.1 (I updated the topic to 10.3.1).

As for your backup, manually edit /etc/cron.d/plesk-backup-manager

Put this in exactly:

8,23,38,53 * * * * root [ -x /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/backupmng ] && /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/backupmng >/dev/null 2>&1

Save the file

/etc/cron.d restart

Your backups will run again at the scheduled time. It might start immediately as the time for todays backup probably has passed, but from tomorrow it will be as normal.

This bug was supposed to be fixed in 10.3.1, but I disagree. If I remove the scheduled backup and put it back in, the timestamp on /etc/cron.d/plesk-backup-manager remains the same as when I manually edited it to restore automatic backups. IgorG can you report this back to developers. I think the issue is with plesk not updating the /etc/cron.d/plesk-backup-manager.

I also encounter this error:

Determining the packages that need to be installed.
ERROR: The Parallels Products Installer's configuration files .inf3 and .hdr.gz contain lists of packages that do not match."

when installing with CLI autoinstaller from our mirror that has been set up as described here. If I omit the "--source" parameter the install follows through, which might mean that rsync://rsync.autoinstall.plesk.com/autoinstall/ is not up to date?

I just got today an update for MU8 via the cli updater, but the problem continues (showing updates aveilable, and when updating receiving an error about the updates was already installed)

First i updated to CentOS 5.7 (yum update) and rebooted the system (because the glibc update)

Then i tried to update with the cli updater ( /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/autoinstaller ) and selected the 10.3.1 update.

It finished without error:
