upgrade to plesk 12.5.30 from 12.0.18 | admin url no longer works

Chrisa

Basic Pleskian
Greetings,

I have a question regarding an upgrade from Plesk 12.0.8 to 12.5.30

On my first attempt (Plesk+ubuntu server 14- 64 bits) I was able to successfully upgrade.
I discovered the admin url changed from:
https://url:8443/
to:
https://url:8443/smb/

I reinstalled the vpn (Plesk+centos-64bits) and am not getting the same results.
When the upgrade is complete I am left with this summary url (same as before) but can never find the new admin url/port

https://url:8447/summary.html
I have also tried http://url:8880/ using parallels port guide but no success there either.

Question:
What is the correct plesk admin url after a 12.0.8 to 12.5.30 upgrade?

Greetings,
In either case after the initial upgrade the classical port was not available.
I was not able to get it working in the (plesk+centos64) configuration.
I reinstalled (plesk+ubuntu14-64) and entered the following to resolve the issue (as per http://kb.odin.com/en/112903)
service bind9 start
service psa restart

Maybe something else is required for centos?
Thanks

Maybe something else is required for centos?

Nothing additional is required for CentOS. I just ran an upgrade and all went smoothly!
Something must have just gone wrong with your upgrade ...

But am glad all is fine ...

Hi,

It is always advisable to check the following logs if plesk panel is not loading ,

----
/var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log
/var/log/sw-cp-server/sw-engine.log
----

Thank you,
