Plesk says PHP not installed. HELP!!!

Upgrade to plesk 7.0.2 and PHP 4.3.9

After upgrade I noticed sites are working great, but Plesk say php is not installed anymore..

the php.ini is still the same... no files are deleted.. path the same.. what does it use to recognize php? it's not working... and the php pages are encrypted so I can't check.. :(
