Issue Upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.24 and server don´t load

Hi,
Yesterday upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.24 and all work fine without problems but today nothing work I can't access any services via web or SSH I try to restart, stop/start server and don´t solve this. The problem is I haven´t more information or log errors.

Config server:
Ubuntu 18.04
Plesk obsidian 18.0.24 Web admin
Server Provider: Amazon Lightsail

I dont think this has anything to do with Plesk Upgrade.

Do you have access to the console?

Any chance you updated Kernel manually? (Plesk doesn't update this)

I haven´t access to the console and no changes in kernel
I send a ticket to AWS....
