Upgrading Apache and MySQL on FreeBSD 6.0

I upgraded all ports on the server using portupgrade, but it seems that Plesk 8uses it's own distributions of Apache and MySQL (I saw them in separate PSA folder).

My question is - what is the easiest way to upgrade the Plesk apache and mysql and how safe is that?

    Current versions are:
Apache: 2.0.54 (want to upgrade to 2.0.58)
MySQL: 4.1.18 (want to upgrade to 4.1.20)
